Damages From Shipping
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 14 days from the shipping date to make an exchange and replacement request for any order.
If you received a damaged item, you can exchange it for the same item if one is in stock. Some of our items are unique, one-of-a-kind, or special ordered and cannot be exchanged. These unique one-of-a-kind special purchases must use our Refund and Return Policies.
You must notify us in writing within 14 days from the shipping date to make an exchange request. Acceptable forms of notification are by mail, email, or using our Contact Us form on the MyPepperCraze.com website. Verbal exchange request notifications are not accepted. On your exchange and replacement policies request, you must include your name, shipping address, and order number. We will send you an exchange confirmation after your exchange request has been processed.
For items we carry "In-Stock," we will gladly exchange your damaged item for a new one. Please print out the Order Confirmation email you received after the item was ordered and write "EXCHANGE" on it. Include that printout in the box, and write your Order Number on the outside of the box. Exchanges should be sent to:

Please Note: You will be required to pay for the damaged item's return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable. When we exchange your item for a replacement one, we will pay for the item's shipping back to you.
Bulk orders of 13 or more book copies are non-exchangeable, but we will try to work out a solution.
