Refund and Return Policies
Please review the following choices carefully. Refunds and returns can only be processed when eligible items are returned using the appropriate method. If your return is shipped after the timeframes indicated below, we regret that we cannot issue a refund or send the merchandise back to you.
Pre-Sale and Back-Ordered Items
If you're not satisfied with your pre-sale or back-order purchase, you may cancel it for a full refund, provided it has not been processed for shipping. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item(s) plus any applicable taxes and shipping charges to your original form of payment. You must notify us in writing at least 72 hours before the item is shipped to receive a full refund under the pre-sale and back-order refund policy. Acceptable forms of notification are by mail, email, or using our Contact Us form on the MyPepperCraze.com website. Verbal refund request notifications are not accepted. On your refund policy request, you must include your name, shipping address, and order number. We will send you a refund confirmation after your refund request has been processed.
If a customer cannot cancel their purchase within the timeframe mentioned above, then the purchased item(s) will need to be returned using the Regular (In-Stock) Return Policy below.
Regular (In-Stock) Sale Items
If you're not satisfied with your delivered purchase, you may return it for a refund. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item plus any applicable taxes to your original form of payment for items returned within 30 days. All returned items must be in their original condition; shrink-wrapped products must be unopened. Shipping fees are not refunded.
Please print out the Order Confirmation email you received after the item was ordered and write "RETURN" on it. Include that printout in the box, and write your Order Number on the outside of the box. Returns should be sent to:

Items That Cannot Be Returned
Access Codes, gift cards, and sealed or shrink-wrapped items that have been opened are not returnable. However, if you are having quality issues with your content, please contact us for assistance.
Bulk orders of 13 or more book copies are non-returnable.
